ホンダ ビンテージ発電機

ホンダの発電機、E80です。
1966年製のもので製造番号から判断すると
初期～中期に移行する頃のものです。

Ｅ８０は、整備マニュアルでは
Ⅰ型のみとなっていますが
大きく分けて３回マイナーチェンジを
している様です。
この発電機は初期の頃と同じ特徴を持っています

入手した時は粗大ゴミ以下で不動、配線がおかしい、
ハイテンションコードが欠品、キャブも絶不調、など古いモノにはお決まりの
状態でしたが、１年かけてレストアしたものです。

当日は、冷えていてキャブ（フロートチャンバー）に
燃料が無い状態からかけているのでなかなか始動しませんでしたが、
調子を取り戻した固体です。

I have a same E40 generator. The generator also unused.

I have this Generator in red, In very good, i believe almost unused condition as i am in the U.K and we have a three pin plug system, but have had it working with a continental adaptor. I had it listed on E-bay but did not have it advertised worldwide but i am going to relist in a few weeks.

The E80 is the smallest generator Honda ever made. It only weighs 8kg/17lb and has a 21.2cc four-stroke engine which produces 1/4hp at 4000rpm. Output is 100V 80w (not a typo) at 180Hz. It was designed to power a small TV or radio. Two other versions existed, the E40 and the E100, which produced 40w and 100w respectively.
