There's no contradiction whatsoever in wanting to know how God created this world and not believing in a personal God. I don't believe we'll ever see aliens, and there is no evidence they exist, but I would like to know what they look like. If you don't understand this common rhetorical construct, you need to think a little harder.

@meaninter03 XD yes, all the orgasms
-
Me too. But I know that some people do need the lies, and illusions because they think it makes their life easier.
-
@coyoteself I choose to live my life free of the lies of religion and gods and spirits and gobbledygooks. I also choose to point out the lies, so that they might disappear.
I choose not to lie to myself whenever possible.
-
@meaninter03 yep. You're right. Plus there's roughly 7 billion+ (And growing) different realities and not one is any more correct or incorrect the another. The problem with God is, that one mere concept alone tends to muddy the water more than it should, and whether or not God exist, is really moot. What truly matters tho, is how each one of us chooses to live our life
-
@coyoteself You too can convince yourself that god exists, if you start from the premise that god exists, right?
You too can lie to yourself, both on matters trivial (such as god) and consequential (life).
-
@TheDreadedlife So...orgasms?
-
I may be completely wrong but it seems that god is being used to describe the sublime feel we get when we experience something greater than ourselves, like the feel you get as you come to the edge of a cliff. Something beautiful and complex, yet completely explainable and not divine.

God is everything & nothing. The connection & the lack of connection. God is what you "Think" God is & What you think God is NOT.. Now throw out the concept of, and the word "God" altogether & just feel. I started my journey in search of God 40 years ago & my ideas of God constantly changed, evolved to where I am today. It's not something that can be easily explained, only experienced. Stay on your path and DON'T let eluded fools distract you & in time, it will all fall into place.

What if all reality is subjective ?
Your videos always have such high production value. Combine that with the calm and/or sexy voice you've got, and bam, recipe for awesome. I think I'll go sub now.

@jakejumpover No. We are born with no concept of god(s) and it's thrust upon us. As a positive claim for the existence of a god or gods it needs proven. You do NOT have to prove otherwise as it's the default position. You don't believe in fairies without evidence, do you?
