OK admit it! You know you all sang along to this sappy love song when it dominated the airwaves back in the day. After an earlier entry into the charts, from the LP Eclipse, Edward Bear registered another hit in the U.S. and Canada with "Last Song," selling in excess of one million copies. Larry Evoy (vocals, drums), Danny Marks (guitar) and Paul Weldon (organ) formed Edward Bear in 1967.Enjoy!

I'd completely forgotten about this song, which came out when I was in 8th grade, until I heard it on the radio a few months back. It is awfully sappy, but my 50 year old heart still feels those 13 year old emotions when I hear it. Thanks for posting it.
Edward Bear was the original name for Winnie The Pooh until author A.A. Milne changed it. I can picture Winnie and his friends dancing to this song. Go Tigger go !
The 70's in the laggons in Maryland, we use to ask girls out every week on Friday nights That's what this song reminds me of Yes, I sang it then and I still sing it now amazing song, amazing talent
