Still relevant to the class system we have today, as most Jam songs are. Little boy soldiers, Iraq? Afghanistan?
When i was a kid (and a mod) Weller's lyrics didn't have the social impact they do now i'm an adult (and still a bit of a mod) he must be frustrated listening to the crap thats being pumped out these days labelled as 'political' or 'edgy' Green Day, though i like them are an example.

I love this song so much it takes me back so much to the happiest most careless ignorant time in my life. Just straight back.
