Amazing, but i did catch mistakes like at 2.15

@yourbrassinstructor . I can tell you that Alison performed this live at the Classical Brits. From which this video is taken. I was there. She is an accomplished classical performer of international standing. No dubbing here my friend.

if you go looking for shite then shite is what you will find , i personally found it absolutely delightful

@yourbrassinstructor Actually, I hear enough inconsistencies in the performance and with exact A/V precision to think that it is the live performance. In recording studio versions she doesn't seem to have nearly as much ham as live versions, and the quarter note trills being sped up to nearly eighth note trills could also be signs of live performance nerves. I think it was the actual live performance recording, personally.

@thelbronius This is not a troll, but a fact. Amateur players might actually think she played perfect or plays perfect every time.....and then feel bad about themselves. I rarely play the type of music Alison plays so it is not about that either. But, no worries, your recordings, uploads and all your subscribers would agree with you that......WAIT A MINUTE! uh oh....somebody doesn't have examples of their playing or subscribers..NONE! feel so sorry for ya dawg! keep practicing and eventually...

@yourbrassinstructor Excellent troll, sir! Your condescending remark is noted. Go back to not being Alison Balsom.

Great! But , of course this is her in the studio dubbing the live version...This is not Alison playing live. She likely made many mistakes as is common in live performances.....but you all knew that right?

@SpeedyNeutrino43 Classical Wynton does a pretty bad ass version this but she is great!
-
could they keep the camera off her arse, it`s most distracting!

GREAT video!
Female, blonde, silver trumpet...I aspire to be in her shoes in several years.

When I watch this video I try SO hard to ignore that dress she's wearing and just concentrate on her talent and the wonderful performance.
