how does this help those who already have an eating disorder?... it looks to me that this encourages their problem which sounds like hurting not helping... 0 stars

@prettykittya2003 when you are not ready to recover, binging causes extreme anxiety. I know people who have seriously hurt themselves over a binge, and one person who commited suicide. It's really just a horrible feeling, and these videos help to discourage that from happening when you are not prepared to deal with it.

i don't have an eating disorder and i'm quite petite. i've gained weight lately and i've got a tummy now. i'd like to lose that weight. these videos help me to stay motivated. they make me think that one day i'll look like that again. but i'm not going to stop eating because i love food too much :P i'll do it the healthy way and that's how everyone should do it.

I'm 5'3, I was 98lbs before Christmas, I was 106lbs two days ago and probably even bigger now since I've been stuck in a constant binge cycle for the past two weeks. I can't/don't sleep and I've not worked out how to drag myself out of the pit I seem to have fallen in. It scares me but this video video gives me hope.

I know that I'm going to do this and man, will it feel good :D

i'm not trying to assume anything, but i always though that the word "thinspiration" was for girls that were naturally thin, (like...genetically, you know those girls that can eat whatever and don't gain a pound) to embrace their beauty despite people assuming they have an eating disorder when in reality they don't
