diagnosed stage 1 @ da age of 34 by screenin mammo of lump not felt on self exam. i drive my friends crazy wit havin a mammo dun. if i wud hav waited 2 b 40 years old 2 push my dr i mite not hav made it! early detection saves lives. i teared up wit da anniversary portion wen 1 lady sed she has a reoccurence...my fear, my reason 4 da 'ouch' every 6 months on da right n every year on both!

My biggest OUCH moment was getting a bilateral mastectomy with TRAM Flap Reconstruction. Talk about painful! Now I have nothing left with which to get a mammogram - so don't go through my OUCH moment and GET YOUR MAMMOGRAM! Cancer one boob 2 lumps found on mammo, so small never would have found without mammo. Double mastectomy, got great perky boobs and no worry about cancer in my breasts. Living is the best.
