Homemade Sequenced Synth in Debugging Phase

This is a sequenced synth I've been working on for a while. In this video, I've still got some bugs to work out. I've got my suspicions. This is not what it should sound like, but I found it notably interesting since these sounds would be fantastic if were I circuit bending. My breadboard version sounds clean. Something annoyingly small has gone wrong.

The sequencer logic itself is working as designed. This is an 8 State (not Step) machine with patterns and rhythms determined by patch cable placement and 8 gate switches.
