im soft 18, i can do 100 push ups 20 bicep chin ups 100 sit ups 2 minutes, and 17 lat chinups, and run 5km no problem

lol, i did better than him when i was 16, 38 push up(chest touched the ground each time and i accidentally put my leg down so i had to stop -_-), 85 sit ups, 9 minute run, 5:32 for a 500 (swimming moderately)

entering seal training is the easiest part, surviving BUD/S, how bout you niggas try that for a change. I myself, havent, but i will enlist in SEAL training after i graduate

for SEAL Team 6 you gotta ask and if your lucky your in at least thats what a retired SEAL said how it was
Delta and 6 are not more skilled than SEALs or Berets, they just focus more on Hostage rescue and some other crap.

in fact my friend took the NSW PST for SWCC alongside SEAL candidates and said everyone was cheating a little bit
cuz swimming and then trying to do pushups then pullups is torture
and the running section is in Boots and later you do it on the beach with soft sand
those aren't pushups get that chest on the ground man!!!
