Downtown Toronto is very cannabis friendly. Metro cops do not usually hastle casual tokers in the parks and stuff. I was detained (illegally I might add) by the security at the CN Tower/Skydome this one time,and the fuckin cop wannabe security guard was all like "Your life is about to be ruined by criminal posession charges", but when the real cops showed up they just made me throw away my 3 grams oe so of herb. I saw the same pair of cops a few months later at the Marijuana march!
