i have a 1937 silver dollar quater and its cut off on the ridges where it says quater dollar united stats if america and also on liberty and 1937 do you think it's an error or intentional?

The coins are uncirculated and not tampered with or altered in any way, that is how they come out of the mint if they "escape" into circulation
