@dawtchins And you do need to know a lot about Iron Age mythology to deal with people who believe in it or want to discuss it. The Iliad is a vast Iron Age mythology, and if you don't know anything beyond what was in the movie Troy, you are going to have a hard time making jokes about it.

@dawtchins He could not make jokes about it though. For instance, if he tried to say something about the angel Mohammed spoke to in the cave, most of the audience would be thinking, "What angel?" Or if he said, "That was one hell of a night journey!" most would also be like, "What night journey?" All basic stuff Muslims know and most of us don't.

@squamish4244 Well i dont need to all im saying is they believe in the same god however intepretate that god differently. All abrahamic faiths believe in the same god, It's not hard . Like you said its Grade 5 Information. There's really not much you need to know when you're dealing with people who believe in iron age mythology.
