Eating raw and working out. Day two of my modified plan of adding in a workout program in additon to my raw foods diet. So far I have sore legs and a tiny, tiny bit of sleep progress, so I will push on.

  • Suggestion from my failures: Try to avoid eating more than you should once you start exercising after months (or years of not moving)... the body sends signals to EAT MORE, so beware. As you know, the key to weight loss is > > Energy IN (food) must be LESS than Energy OUT (exercise). Feeling a little hungry while trying to lose weight is OK. It means you are probably going to start burning some of the extra lbs. Nothing tastes as good as thin feels.
