Makes me feel like I'm alone on some paradise planet. I can sit on a cliffside and watch the sun set past rolling plains, but it's not quite as majestic when you're alone. It's sort of like this huge emptiness feeling.

I imagine this song... like someting scratching your inner chest... and your chest is transparent... and then it starts bleeding... and the high and lows of the song made with the synth... are like caresses all over your body. i dunno.

@BatteryBiscuits Genre is Post Rock. check out Nujabes also, he is not necessarily within this genre but his type is similar with it, which leads me to Post Rock.

uploader is correct, the band itself is not a christian nor religious band, it just happens to have christian members which is why many of their track names have religious references, though to be clear, they seem to refer to a wide range of faiths and not just one.

@Elkigulwulv the title 'Through a Glass Darkly' is from the Bible in the book of Ezekiel if im not mistaken.

I recommend Helios,although its not a post band,its songs give a similar feeling to Hammocks,also recommend If These trees could talk and Caspian.
