Sorry if I mixed up the two beasts with the two witnesses, but what I mean is that a religion doesn't have the abilities of all these people, such as to prophecise or to make fire come down from the sky or whatever.

Someone said the second beast was the Roman catholic church. I thought that was origionally set up by Simon Peter, and not the Romans?

Also, the second beast is meant to come in the last days, whereas the Roman catholic church and vatican have been there a very long time. These beasts are people or animals and not religions imo, because a religion doesn't have the ability to prophecise for example. The prophecies are all supposed to happen over a given time frame according to the revelations.

@GodsTruthSeeker It's the false image of Christ; cain's father the devil. Esau is the red dragon in revelation 12. He came out red and hairy like a garment; they called him Esau cause he was red. The woman is the Nation of Israel- the scattered 12 Tribes.
