For me this video was more just about laying down a solid groove, and just trying to stay in the pocket. I wanted to try and get away from any flashy stuff, and just lay down something solid.

yeah i was gonna say the same thing...nice cover indeed..a lil more practice and ur on ur way..but yeah why is the ride and hi hat the same sound?

This song needed a bit more of a drive to it, so I decided to use a darker sounded hi-hat instead of the ride. I felt the ride was just a little weak.
