The video is really well done and the voice fits Nunnally so perfectly.

About the video. Someone decided to translate one of the poems in the Code Geass Complete Best Album. Somebody else read that poem and decided to draw a video for it, then posted it to Nico. Someone on Nico saw that video and decided to dub it. Then someone else saw the translation and found the original video and the dub video and decided to put everything together and add subs. It's something like that as far as I can tell. The original video creator was considering doing a video for Suzaku's poem but has yet to do so.
