Kenyas economy is expected to grow by 3 per cent this year, according to the International Monetary Fund. The Fund has based its prediction on the continued recovery of key export sectors such as tourism coupled by an enabling political environment. But the IMF Managing Director, Dominique Strauss Kahn warns that African economies remain vulnerable to economic shocks, particularly the growing challenge of climate change.
