@DrThunder88 How I see it work is that the muppeteer control of the head is doing one hand and there is another person controlling the other.Well that's how they do it in Avenue Q, but it may be different in Sesame Street.

@Triviumtiger I wonder if the puppeteer who was operating that hand was the same one operating Cookie Monster's head and other hand.
