@ThePemberley I looked it up. Self Portrait by Stephanie Smith.

@blackeyesonyou No. I did not think that it was good. But I also wasn't complaining. I thought it was terrible, exactly like I said. It is, in general, a sub-par movie. I did, however, enjoy watching it, also exactly like I said. Something doesn't have to be a work of art to be entertaining. And while this film was lovely for a late night nothing-else-to-do movie, it was far from a work of art. But I did watch it. I did like it. I'm not complaining. That's just you.

@vintagerosenz Caroline didn't steal anything from Elizabeth. If you mean the floppy disc, she dropped it on the chair at Will's cabin.

Darcy looks like my dad...

Their kids would have the unruliest hair.

I always thought Collins and Mary would have been perfect for each other. :-)

Ha ha ha--I can't believe anyone is comparing this movie to either the book or any of the other movies. The fact that the movie is set in contemporary times takes the entire story out of context in a way that makes it ludicrous to try and compare it with the novel, ha ha ha.
As for this move itself, I found it totally tongue-in-cheek, laugh-out-loud funny. The entire film reminds me of my uni-days, and I really enjoyed the simple characterizations, sets and overall style of the film. Cheers!
