Intro To Commercial Diving

In 2005 about a dozen of us, experienced divers, got to try some commercial diving equipment in a 2 day special intro given by DIT. The MkV is no longer used by the Navy, or hardly anyone else. The complete suit weighs 187 lbs. This is a composite of several of us. The full DVD is almost an hour long.

im a new DIT student (103-10) my lightweight instructor Emil works parttime for the company that bought out Epic Divers and Marine. so there not all navy divers, but ive learned some of my best knowlegde from doc, so you owe um some respect.

mk21 is the navy version of the hat. that is a 17k or 37 or 57.superlight.i prefer the 27 myself.
