Thank you for your kind and generous comments. I am working to start posting more recipes on my blog which would also be free to people to print out. We purchased the pans from many places over several years (and none of them in the last 5 years. Some of them ordered from on-line baking companies, and a few I picked up at specialty cookware/kitchen stores. I wish I had kept the information of where I purchased them. I love your videos and find the suggests very helpful.  My family has been diagnosed with celiac. Lots of adjustments. I want to bake hotdog buns, but cannot find the pan. The King Arthur flour company no longer has the pan like yours available. I can only find huge commercial pans online. Any suggestions?
