See if E was legal, and the government made it and knew for sure what was in it, it would be so much less harmful than the shit the street dealers sell. I mean honestly. This war on drugs is clearly not working, people are doing drugs. Would it not be in the government's best interest to not only profit from drugs but also make them as safe as possible.

I believe he's referring to HYPERthermia - which is overheating, as opposed to HYPOthermia which is of course too low temperature
