India's daughters are disappearing. New research by ActionAid and the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) shows that the number of girls born and surviving in northern India compared to boys falls far short of normal expectations, and continues to slide.

I just watched an ABC special on this last night December 9th, 2011 !! That is the first time I have heard about this & tears of disgust & sadness would not stop flowing from my eyes & my heart!! HOW CAN PEOPLE DO THIS???? GOD IS GOING TO PUNISH ANYONE FOR KILLING THE INNOCENT!! They were throwing babies hours, days old into the trash or down drainage!! There is a saint there now & she will take the babies or girls n o matter the age & give them a safe loving home. There is a choice GOD BLESS

I am SO lucky to be an Australian. I don't currently have a girlfriend and EVERYDAY I think about having a girlfriend and dream about it. I get VERY lonely sometimes and I feel really bad. BUT it's a big chance that I will have girlfriend one day.

Imagine how terrible you would feel if knew you would NEVER have a GF your whole life! There's not even hope.
