Some shots might be recognised from a film starring Meryl Streep and Jeremy Irons based on a book by John Fowles. This is our walk into town, today with wellies. The undercliff is habituated by many types of mythical beasts and wonders: wood elves are common, but so are marauding goblins and we often hear tales of dumb ass trolls (who take the silencers off their motorbikes). This day we were not chased by black riders,( I suppose that's because it's many years since we destroyed the precious), but artistic pretensions they hounded and haunted us everywhere. Not only must each shot mean something so elusive you'll never get it, it must also be boring...
Spoilt by jerky camera work. Hold it STILL as possible!
