  • Gonna try this tonight, but I may bake it after a pan searing with the blackberry sauce over a bed of wild rice. Thanks for the idea. I'm sure my wife will love this over our Halibut we caught off of Deep Creek Alaska!

  • Interesting sauce, I tried this and it was actually pretty damn good, different, but good.

  • You should' ve thickened the sauce alittle more and sauced the plate.. Maybe some candied lemon zest, center plate, and height would amplify this excellent dish... We call your sauce a gastrique..
