Hi,

This is the first video I've made about my journey towards my goal weight. Bare with me, I was a bit nervous. More to come!

  • Wonderful video! btw my friend followed this trusted diet routine called: Impact 790 Diet and dropped 15 pounds within just a month. I can't remember the actual web site just Google it.

  • @buenavistadecuellar Well I used to do that too, end it did have a rebound effect on me. So thats when I decided to try weight watchers. Not hard at all! As long as you follow the point system, you will lose 2-3lbs per week or more. Which is much more healthy than losing it really fast. Thats how you gain it all back. Plus you are not limited on what you can eat, as long as you dont eat alot of it.

  • @Brittanie1985 I'm debating whether I should try this, since I've been on pills before to lose weight and end up gaining it all back, is it difficult?

  • 12 sandwich eating, gallon of milk a day drinking, 3-hour whole pack of 'lite-menthol' cig-smoking, vaginal infection wearing, sugar substitute inhaling, whole roll of toilet paper using, scooter riding, van driving, a butt in front as well as in back, psychic-padding needing, prescription pill popping, doctor worshipping, soon to be as useless as tits on a boar hog...

  • Iv'e been on weight watchers for 4 months and lost 40 pounds! Weight Watchers is one of the most healthiest weightloss programs out there...You do not feel starved, as long as you plan and pay attention to what you are eating, this will be the best decision if you are one of those people that wants to lose weight!! If you need motivation, try going to a Weight Watchers meeting too, it helps. :)
