I don't see why Cohen can't be sued for fraud. None of these consent to film contracts should hold up in a court. Cohen is not dealing in good faith with those that he dupes.

Yup, someone ought to throw the book on Sacha Baron Cohen before he hurts a victim.
This is not the 1st time Ron Paul is framed to make him look bad. In the 2007 primaries, Tucker Carlson, the self-proclaimed Libertarian who thinks "Ron Paul is too radical", tried to get some pics of the doctor with a prostitute just so that he could write a "funny" article. The guy is so vile he wrote: "I really thought Air Force Amy was going to cry. She looked crushed. Like a child of alcoholic parents."
