  • @kamarudski sorry i got confused i thought the foam tape was metal

  • how did it do all winter?

  • Really nice job. My son and I made one a couple of winters ago and it has held up well. I have had to use a fan to blow the air in from the basement floor and then back to the basement ceiling, Not efficient but really the only thing I can do. I'd be really interested in how you move the air in your system or is it just passive. Also does the air flow through the cans or just over them and how do you ensure that the cold air is distributed over / through the cans equally.

    Tks, Bruce canada

  • mooi man

  • or you can try storing the heat

hook it up to a car radiator and heat up your tapwater in a boiler

  • i used a leftover piece of the same plywood as the box

1 inch wide and and as long as the curve of the top or bottom side of the boxx

    then tack it in place

i taped it with the same insulating black foamtape

it was only neccesery when i put the plexyglas onto the box,its only 3mm thick

it could not hold its curve without the support

when its framed the plexyglas is very strong, sturdy?
