@peebz77 The theory you presented me was not darwins theory of evolution, if anything what you told me was evolutionary radiation, the only reference to radiation in darwins theory is adaptive radiation which actually has nothing to do with radiation from the sun.
-
@AkumaADemoncus the explanation you are wanting from how species adapt or not is called natural selection..there are a few things in the human body that are useless and not needed anymore/as much, from the cause of millions of years of evolution and i am not getting these facts from the internet, its called schooling/education...ALSO i was told, if you cant find it on the internet, your not looking good enough, happy searching these back and forth comments with you are a waste of time..
-
@peebz77 Perhaps I was wrong, it's possible that radiation helped contribute to evolution but can evolution by radiation explain how species adapt and keep useful traits as well as discard useless traits? Regardless I cannot find much information on this evolutionary radiation (including acceptance in the scientific community) you speak of on the internet so if you could I would like to see your sources.
-
@AkumaADemoncus where do you think the radiation that causes evolution on a planet comes from fool, a star and in our case the sun, what do you think the radiation is called that comes from a star, "radiation particles"..but thank you for saying i was correct at the same time proving your a moron

The advancement of the nuclear bomb is not related to the advancement of nuclear energy, these are two separate advancements spawned from the nuclear entity. I'm all for the advancement of safe nuclear energy which is abundant in benefits, I wasn't even close to demonizing the nuclear entity, I demonized the nuclear bomb, which was designed for the sole purpose of destruction.

@chessonmyshirt You're so eager to demonize this. Nuclear fusion is what will one day power our cities, transport us to the stars, and perhaps even deflect an asteroid/comet that would kill infinitely more people; yet you choose to only mention the one that wipes out cities. This is science, nothing more. It can be used or abused. Blame the person who decides to abuse it, not the technology. This is unbelievably beautiful, and is a critically important technological innovation.
-
@peebz77 You know nothing about evolution, evolution is not caused by radioactive particles, however if you are suggesting that radiation can cause mutations then yes you are correct.
-
@Grunt922 without this planet being radioactive, nothing on this planet would have ever evolved...evolution is caused by radioactive particles from our sun manipulating DNA every single day inside everything over millions of years..i love this so called "radioactive planet"...its just some people on it have gone mad!

@indusengineer Nope. There was a few countries envolved in the Manhattan project including the UK & Canada. As the Americans got close to getting the A bomb, they kicked the UK out of the project as well as the other countries. The UK kept the blue prints & detonated a device on 3 October 1952 00:00 (GMT). UK never put them into production & went straight to H bomb. The US has never helped anyone get the bomb mate. If they had it their way, they'd be the only ones with this tech
@MrKingPin360 id rather not live on a radioactive planet.
