Survival - Solar Still

I dug a hole in the yard for a plant. I thought it would be cool to use it as a solar still for a couple of hours to see if I could make some fresh water.

humidity collectors like used in star wars and dune will keep you alive and if setup right will work continuously.

Good tips home made no need for a machine just dig a bunch holes and cover them nice.

It's always surprised me that this principle wasn't used by sailors back in the old days. Wouldn't be hard to use an inverted glass dome to collect water on a ship.
