Well, the passenger may be taking a risk, but as long as he UNDERSTANDS the risk, I don't see a problem with Dell...

Delray Pilot the passenger signed a waiver because I was the one that witnessed it. in fact al pilots were required to sign waivers as well as passengers.

The only BS here is the notion that a high level of skill and familiarity with beach winds allows a pilot to take the life of someone else in his hands and break a handful of basic safety RULES. I don't need a lecture on beach air, I live in it.
