Okay so this is my first video ever uploading to YouTube and I decided to upload this first video on my weightloss to give you guys a little info about me and what I am currently going through in my life. :)

Before Insanity I started at 150 which was my steady weight from April 2011 up until around September 2011 and am currently at 131. These results are only from 1 month and I didn't have much of a strict diet because I just wanted to try out the program and I got amazing results even lacking a good diet. The small adjustments I did make in my diet were NOT drinking anything but water.. I ate small portions of food. I didn't track my results as much as I should have and the dates of starting and ending may be a little off but I estimated the best I could because I didn't think I would lose this much weight so like I said, I didn't track everything. Hope this was helpful to you all!

  • you loook amazing after AND before! im thinking of buying insanity but idk yet, i have shawn t's hiphop abs and charlene johnson's videos but umm when your boobs got smaller, did they sag or perk up? and did your butt get smaller or fuller? (im sorry im asking these things because i dont wanna lose weight and then my tits & butt sag :/) lol

  • @melissakonsey haha no i understand! they actually didn't sag but i also havent seen much muscle either. i think its because i don't do a lot with my upper body. im sure if you do they will perk up. im sure it would also be different with age. i just turned 21 last week. lol but i definitely recommend!!! My butt DEFINITELY became fuller and more toned and including the back of my thighs!

  • Hey nicole, I was wondering what did you use for a diet? Did you stick to the nutrition plan, or just kind of did your own? Also if you calculated how many calories you were supposed to intake, did you go a little less or hit the exact calories per day? I'm currently on my 4th week of insanity, and I can feel everything inside getting stronger, even some abs forming under my belly. But the waist/belly is being a bit stubborn, I'm wondering if my diet isn't working or I'm just being hastey.

  • @djziggurat I really had no diet when I began Insanity. One thing I did was drink nothing but water and ate whatever but just really small portions to where I was pretty much snacking all day. But ate everything I wanted!

  • @djziggurat Ran out of letters. I had one more question. Would you say most of the fat burns during the second month? I'd like to see your full 60 day results, you look awesome even within the first month.

  • @BaoXiongDaRapper Oh yeah!! you will be doing a LOT of squatting. and crazy stances that require working your thighs and butt muscles! Don't worry, you get the WHOLE PACKAGE with this program. I promise!

  • @BaoXiongDaRapper no problem! this is what i put the video up for! to encourage others to reach their goal! and yeah i know! thats what's awesome because you don't have to get ready and drive, workout and drive all the way back home. it is in the comfort of your own home you don't need any equipment and u don't have to worry about ppl staring at you or waiting to use a machine..lol its great! i wish you luck and let me know how you're doing when you start it!! :))

  • @xoTaraNicole Ohhh that's so awesome then! Yeah, I really want to tone down and lose some inches, but I dislike going to the gym cause it's like you have to do so much just to get what you want. Esp when you don't even know what to really do or get on at the gym. This is so exciting. Anyway, thanks a lot for answering my questions =)
