Battlefuries stack additively, that said, 3 BF will give you 105% cleave, yes, and cleave damage ignores armor, so, basically, adjacent enemies take more damage than the struck unit.
Also, as you know, the omnislash hits able to proc orbs and damage modifiers (cleave taken as example)arent the 3-5-8 hits stated, but the hits that proc in between slashes, which's amount scale to attack speed. The faster you attack the more hits you can get between slashes and the more hits can proc cleaves.
