I don't have this particular helicopter however I do have a couple of others made by Twister and they are an extremely good brand and PERFECT for beginers. Everything is included. With my Twister helicopters (and I'm assuming this one) they even came with a DVD explaining how to use it. You can buy these for $195 (Aus) at Hobby Habit (I'm probably going to get one). I can't stress enough how good the quality is that you can expect from a Twister product.
