  • i dont like how he pin nailed it together. I'd use a dado groves and slide the shelves in instead. Use trim head screws too. Much stronger.

  • Man, you're going to go deaf doing that without ear defenders.

  • why not do this on each of the ply wood pieces before assembly, you could then perform the rabbit on your router installed in a router table, or I have seen it done with a table saw too, might be a little less annoying and you would not need the chisel I think - I have not done it before though, so only guessing!

  • where do you buy that router bit that has bearing ? 0_o
