Back in the prop shop again this time making the E-11 Laser blaster used by the imperial forces. This prop is designed to be ultra lightweight for trooping in the 501st. Made of ABS plastic and featherlite casting resin this awesome prop only weighs a tad over 13 OZ. Please stop in my website for more pics, info and props for sale. http://thepropshop.1sweethost.com/.

  • Hi

Just recently discovered your videos what did you make your vacuforming machine of ?

  • just 1 x 2's and peg board use plywood for the bottom and cut a hole there for the vacuum cleaner hose.

  • That's fantastic. Thanks for showing us how you do it. I was curious about whether (and with what) you filled the blaster. Anyway, it looks fantastic and SOOO light. Thanks again!

  • I used foam on the first one but the abs is so strong i stopped. Glad you enjoyed the video.

  • When you say foam... Just I'm not sure if you're talking about the squirt, squirt, expando urethane kind...

  • its a 2 part urethane foam, mix and poor. But there is really no need for it as the plastic is so tough.
