you dont see much of the tamper. engine does sound funny aswell as the 2tone it gave :-P any idea whats powering it? another thing, i think its strange that you can only hear the rumbling and the scream from the mtu engines from the side facing the tunnel :-S anyway amazing video! 5/5

As to what's powering the Tamper, I have no idea! But I can answer the other question :P, Basically it's because the trains coming out the tunnel are accelarating from speed restriction, whereas the ones going into the tunnel are shuting off as they are near to the approach to Bath Spa. Hope that helps :)
