Characterization by the Sarfus technique of real-time cristallisation of 3nm-polyethylene oxyde (PEO, Mw 4kD) spin- coated on a standard Surf (specific contrast-enhanced microscope slide provided by Nanolane). At room temperature, crystallites are nucleating and growing progressively into a dendritic structure. Their average thicknesses (3 nanometer) are measured using 3D Sarfus plug-in.
