Dog Torture and Slaughter in South Korea

So I got a message from "pampychef" saying that dogs are being tortured and killed in South Korea. This is my reaction and my thoughts on it.

I wasn't trying to blame anyone about anything. I was just saying we really shouldn't care about them eating dogs, but should focus more on the fact that they are torturing them. Because the whole petition thing seems to mainly focus on an unspecified section of people eating dog meat and it only barely gives information about the laws on animal abuse.

Im a korean and have a cute pet dog and myself would never condone torturing or eating one ever!
