Bull...this Doc has less brains than a turnip, yeah Vitamin E has no effect in protecting against cardiovascular diseases if your only taking 10 IU a day, you need at least 400 IU a day and preferably 1000 IU a day for it to offer protection, and you need to take it long term (for years) for it to have protective benifits.
