  • Marv & Rindy are very cool...more to come!

    lost45.com Listen to shows 24/7!

  • Audio mark is necessary for radio programs that constantly steal rarities!

  • Not a fan of the audio watermark.

  • I love this version. It sounds less overproduced and more authentic.

  • Its really nice to get a retrospect of the version that predated Quarterflash

  • I understand that someone might steal the rights but the "audio mark" really sucks! The raw version is cool to listen to after hearing the more commercial version made famous.

  • It is nice to hear the original version of HARDEN MY HEART, but I have to say the audio watermark spoils the listening experience to a certain degree. Though I don't doubt what 'thelost45s' guy says is true there's no getting around the fact it IS distracting. I also agree that 'PHYSICAL' and 'WAITING FOR A GIRL LIKE YOU' don't sound anywhere near as 'fresh' as this song does.

  • @cactusblue60 Both "physical" and "waiting for a girl like you" are stale sounding and they haven`t aged as well. "Harden my heart" is a bonafide new wave classic. It should have hit #1. I never liked those other two songs. 30 years later, I still don`t.

  • @xianrex1 ditto...leaving now because of it.

  • Give a thumbs up if your from PO. We rock. In 1980 I was walking by Sacks Front Avenue and Rindy was filling the waterfront with this song. She is on of many bands from th N.W.

  • I own this single (it's in storage with the rest of my vinyl), and man it's good to hear this stripped down, raw version of the record. I remember hearing it on KGW in the summer of 1980 and saying, "That's a hit record." Too bad the major label version was out at the same time as Physical and Waiting For A Girl Like You, I don't think it would have stalled at #3 as it did.

  • wow, what a find! always loved Quarterflash, thanx much!
