the reason the exhaust port in different is the barrel you took of is fron husky and the 144 kit you have is for a yz125.

@sideshow45 lol, I know. No control over the radio I'm afraid! The crack formed when it dropped below -12C and the water in the jacket froze solid. The pressure of the ice split the outer wall. Total bugger, the barrel was barely run in. We never get temperatures like that, total freak occurence. Think I'll up the antifreeze mix in future...
