In your blog/site you had said on one of your blogs that exercising is great to stop hormonal imbalances/symptoms and thus prevent acne. How long should I be exercising everyday (how long do YOU exercise everyday??)?? Thanks! Great tips :)

@missmisty89 Oh, I've also heard about this side effect of castor oil... It is recommended to use for eye lashes growth.

@CherryLyn1989 Cant agree with you more girl.. Before using this acne solution site that I found in StopAcneToday,Info, I used different kinds of acne solution but my acne just gets even worst then I decided to find other alternative solution because that solution was a bit pricey.. Then I heard about this site but was hesitant to try it because my skin was so sensitive. Thank goodness I took that risk because it helped my skin become younger and smoother..
