This workout requires you to have a stopwatch -
Begin the stopwatch
40 Elevated push ups
25 Finger Point Crunches
30 close grip pressups
25 Iso Pointers
30 (15 each side) staggered pressups
25 Gypsy Twists
20 Single Leg press ups
25 Split Frogs
No rest in between
Then stop the timer.
Beat your time and see if friends can!
