"if you can drink the water you can flush your nose with it" THIS IS ABSOLUTELY WRONG!!!!!

YOU SHOULD ONLY USE DISTILLED, STERILE, OR FILTER WATER FOR ANY TYPE OF NASAL IRRIGATION. YOU CAN DIE!!! using tap water leaves you susceptible to infection from micro organisms some which are life threatening. It ended years of headaches, medicine and my chronic bronchitis. I didn't know it, but my sinus trouble was causing the bronchitis. It's not for everyone, but for those who need them...it changes their life. Temperature ( fairly warm, and salinity are crucial to a good experience).
