  • sounds like a fusion of andee mkcee/ &john mayer. Beautiful

  • Afinacion?

  • @punkmusicmetal Yeah that's exactly what I'm saying. Basically, I just watched what he does. In some parts, it looks like a full on mute, and in others it looks like a slap going on with a fist formation. In other places still, it seems like he would slap his hand down in whatever position it happens to be in, which keeps his fingers in position for the next notes or chords he'll play. That last one I described works pretty well for me. This just from watching and experimenting.

  • @dannyboy54w i dont think thats spoon feeding at all. And I'm glad you got it, care to teech me? And yeah, if its a technique that isn't very common (its like a slap/palm-mute) then I don't think thats spoon feeding at all.

  • @punkmusicmetal - I got the string slap just by watching and practicing the motions. He doesn't spoon feed you the techniques, but if you watch closely you may be able to figure it out.

  • This seems like its a tutorial, but its not. There are certain techniques that you need in order to play the song. At least with the intro bit, there is a palm/slap mute that happens twice in the first segment. The first time it's just a regular slap, but the second time, you need to pick or slap a note at the same time you slap muted strings. Anyone know how to do this, or can the original poster give us a better idea?

  • @Petahpie hahahahaha greatest comment ever

  • You can find the tab at Ultimate-guitar (Dot) com.
