Good serve but it's more important that you place the flat serve and get a consistent first serve percentage- It's meaningless if you just hit it down the middle every time. Solid kick serve

Far from it, but it's not as bad as ome would say.

His arm doesn't get deep enough behind his back which limitates his swing potential; the contact isn't fairly constant - even if you vary serves, you should aim to maintain a similar toss to further disguise your intensions.

Also, his leg push isn't vertical enough; it's nice to push forward, but get a little more height and lesser distance, you'll ease it to get this arm further down when up and give yourself a better angle.
