I ordered one of these off of Mefferts about 2 weeks ago. Yet, to my surprise, it didn't give me a shipping option and it still hasn't arrived. It also says I can pay an extra $2 to track it, but I don't know if it's worth it. I'm wondering if the fact that I didn't pay shipping means it didn't ship. What do you guys think?

@WoZhenBang The problem isn't the twisting of the gears, but rather pulling the puzzle apart. So I pulled it apart and sprayed Silicon on the shafts that separate the two sides. I repeated for the other two axes. I then pulled the puzzle apart over and over again. It helped instantly.
