  • Have watched this video myself (and also tried out the method that you have put forth) and I must say that, though the method look and sound simple, but when put into use, it is very effective...   • That's interesting and describes very well how it feels.

    The only thing is that is all happens extremely quickly, like a snap. Eg. I was badly treated in a job and made a call to find out what had happened, during that phone call I expected the person to say they knew nothing about it, but they not only knew, they couldn't care less. This created anger very quickly, before I even knew it. My anger was very justified, but I really wish I had been calmer & had dealt with it better.

  • ok, that's knowing what is it,, but what is the solution? how to control? that's just analizing....
